About Wild Love
Wild Love is Passenger's first full-scale album project since 2021's Songs For The Drunk and Broken Hearted, which reached No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart. Rosenberg wrote the new songs over several years and recorded the album in summer 2025 with long-term producer Chris Vallejo at their new studio in the South Downs, a creative space converted from an old agricultural barn. Passenger first found worldwide fame with his 2012 hit; read the Let Her Go lyrics by Passenger for the song that started it all.
The album was inspired by Rosenberg recently, and unexpectedly, becoming a husband and father. Across its fourteen tracks he documents marriage, fatherhood and new love with the plain-spoken honesty that has defined his songwriting.
"It Was Gonna Be You" was the first single, followed by "Boomerang" and "Ghosts", the latest single and the album's closing track. The "Ghosts" video was directed by Nic Minns and filmed in Cornwall, with a piano carried onto the beach, and it was featured on YouTube's Leicester Square digital billboard in London.
The album also includes a rare cover: Taylor Swift's "Willow", the song that soundtracked the couple's blossoming love. Elsewhere, "Caution to the Wind" nods to 1970s Elton John and Bruce Hornsby's "The Way It Is", while "Lightning Strikes" adds 1980s synth colour.
Wild Love is available on digital platforms, as a gatefold coloured vinyl in two exclusive colours, natural and white, at select indie stores, and as a deluxe hardcover book CD.
In 2027, Passenger takes the album on the road with the "Wild Love Tour" across Europe, the UK, Ireland and Australia. The tour begins with a European run in March 2027, covering Scandinavia, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, followed by April dates in Spain, and consecutive Irish headline nights at Dublin's 3Olympia and Belfast's Ulster Hall in September 2027.
