The collection arrives on the back of a remarkable run for the band: according to the announcement, Stereophonics scored their ninth UK No. 1 album in 2025 and have sold more than 10 million albums worldwide.
Frontman Kelly Jones told Retropop: "I wanted to make an up to date compilation. I wanted all the big songs in one place... This is not for marketing. This is not for the charts. This is for music lovers."
The tracklist opens with "Dakota", the band's signature song and UK No. 1 from Language.Sex.Violence.Other? (2005), written by Kelly Jones. It first charted on 12 March 2005 and spent 25 weeks on the UK chart, including two weeks at No. 1, and closes with "Mr And Mrs Smith".
Every physical edition of the compilation includes one of five exclusive lyric art prints featuring Kelly Jones's handwritten lyrics, randomly inserted at packing. UK pre-orders also enter the "Golden Ticket" competition, with 30 prizes led by a one-of-a-kind Stereophonics-branded vinyl jukebox and a golden vinyl edition of Tune!
