JAANAM TERII KASAM (2025) — RELEASE DATE, CAST, TRAILER & SOUNDTRACK

Himesh Reshammiya, on his 51st birthday (July 23, 2024), announced a brand-new film billed as "Jaanam Terii Kasam - A Story Of The Saddest Love". The announcement, reported by the Times of India, Telegraph India and Mid-Day, presented it as a teen love story — a tale that traverses the madness of young love — mounted as a full-fledged musical with Himesh composing the soundtrack himself.

The film is directed by the duo (Radhika Rao,Vinay Sapru), also behind 2016's Sanam Teri Kasam, and is produced by Himesh Reshammiya Melodies in association with Rao and Sapru Films. It was announced for Dussehra 2025, but that release window did not materialise; as of October 2026, no new release date has been reported and trade listings still show the film's status as "Announced". Note that this is not a sequel to Sanam Teri Kasam — Himesh himself clarified that point, according to Mid-Day.
