The Announcement
The 10th anniversary edition of the Bollywood Music Project, described as Asia's largest Bollywood music festival, will take place on 24 October 2026 at Jio Gardens (Jio World Garden), BKC, Mumbai, according to reports by ETV Bharat, CNBC TV18, Bollywood Hungama and ANI. The landmark edition will feature 20+ artists across 10 curated acts on multiple stages, spanning Bollywood, folk, Sufi, indie, pop and Punjabi music.
The Lineup
Headlining the main stage is Himesh Reshammiya, with a lineup that also includes Shilpa Rao in a prime-time twilight slot, Hariharan performing with his son Akshay Hariharan, Anu Malik joined by Babul Supriyo, Shahid Mallya, Anmol & Ada Malik, Euphoria, Roopkumar Rathod & Sunali Rathod, Neeraj Shridhar, Vaishali Samant, Shalmali Kholgade, Abhay Jodhpurkar and more.
Himesh told ETV Bharat: "It's a great live celebration of Bollywood music, and I'm looking forward to bringing the audience an energetic evening with some of my biggest hits and lots of nostalgia."
Organiser Deepak Choudhary told Bollywood Hungama: "Ten years ago, we set out to build a boundary-breaking playground where legendary maestros, chart-topping pop icons and indie visionaries could coexist on the same stage... this landmark 10th anniversary is our definitive love letter to the fans."
Last year's edition drew 20,000+ attendees, and general ticket sales for the 2026 edition went live on 25 September 2026, per GIGX.
Himesh's 2026 Run
2026 has been a packed year for Himesh Reshammiya. He is composing and scoring the music for Sooraj Barjatya's musical Yeh Prem Mol Liya, and he has released "Jai Ambe Bol", his first garba composition.
