Estrus is the sixth studio album by Swedish singer-songwriter Tove Lo, released on September 18, 2026 via her own Pretty Swede Records, with distribution through Virgin Music Group. The 13-track record follows her 2022 album Dirt Femme and the 2024 Heat EP with SG Lewis, and finds Tove Lo diving into electro-pop and propulsive dance-pop inspired by The Knife, Robyn, and Swedish indie dance music. Recorded in Los Angeles, Stockholm, and a small Swedish fishing village tied to her childhood summers, the album features a collaboration with Belgian star Stromae and singles including the lead "I'm your girl right?".
Tove Lo has described the album's concept in her own words: "Estrus is an animal in heat. It's primal. It's my mind and my body wanting different things, wanting everything. There's no good advice on this album… just a lot of feelings, no solutions."
