Asleep Talking by Magnus Ferrell — the viral breakout from the 22-year-old Republic Records singer (and son of Will Ferrell), now re-released with Kylie Cantrall on his debut EP Groove Therapy. Kylie Cantrall's new verse on the Oct 2, 2026 version, per Just Jared (attributed quote): "Hiding from the morning, tiptoeing across your floor / I could kiss you, but I won't, your kiss makes me want more / And I have to leave, but if it's really meant to be / I'll see you again, if you're wondering."

Asleep Talking Lyrics
[Intro]
Ba-da-da-da
[Verse 1]
Tell me
You're on your way to mine
'Cause I need ya
To give me some peace of mind
Oh, yeah
[Chorus]
Where'd you go?
We were fallin'
Asleep talking last night
I'm having dreams
'Bout the morning
Till I'm holding you again
[Verse 2]
So tell me
You're lying wide awake, oh
'Cause I hate that I still feel your lipstick all on my face
[Chorus]
Where'd you go?
We were fallin'
Asleep talking last night
I'm having dreams
'Bout the morning
Till I'm holding you again, oh
[Outro]
Mm, da-da-da-da, mm
Mm-mm
