About the Song

RAYE debuted "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!" live at Glastonbury 2025, where its playful "diamond ring" bridge — rapid-fire vocals riding retro-inspired brass lines — caught fire on TikTok and turned the track into a viral moment ahead of its official release.

The single arrived on September 19, 2025 via Human Re Sources, pairing retro-inspired R&B/pop production with an official music video directed by The Reids that opens in black-and-white before bursting into colour.

Over the festive period, the single climbed 47 places to become the first UK No. 1 of 2026. It has passed one million UK units in 2026 alone (1,004,984), with 1,612,108 units in total since release, and ranks at No. 4 year-to-date for 2026 according to Music Week. The song has also re-entered the UK top 40 for the week ending November 5, 2026.

Beyond music, RAYE is set to voice a character and write songs for an animated project — see RAYE to voice character and write music for Lizard Music.
