VULNERABILITY LYRICS - SHENSEEA | CATALYST

Vulnerability is the new single from Jamaican dancehall star Shenseea, released on Friday, September 25, 2026, with its official music video arriving the same day. The track is the lead promotional single from her debut EP, Catalyst EP (Shenseea), which is out today, Friday, November 6, 2026, via Since '93 / Columbia Records / Sony Music Entertainment.

Built around emotional honesty and past trauma, Vulnerability finds Shenseea, born Chinsea Linda Lee on October 1, 1996, opening up in a way her fans rarely get to hear. The video matches that mood with a therapy-session concept, placing her in a one-to-one session where she opens up emotionally, a deliberately intimate visual for a song about letting your guard down. The EP is her first major project since her Grammy-nominated sophomore album Never Gets Late Here (May 2024), which was nominated for Best Reggae Album at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
