Take Me Home (4 Christmas) is Olivia Rodrigo's first-ever original Christmas song. Announced on November 2, 2026, the single was released on November 5, 2026, at 8pm ET / 5pm PT through Interscope Records, with the UK release following on November 6. The official music video arrived the same day, starring Cynthia Nixon and Ben Marshall of Saturday Night Live. For more on the singer, read our Olivia Rodrigo biography.
Rodrigo co-wrote the song with Dan Nigro and Amy Allen, and Nigro also produced it. Her webstore describes the track as being about "the excitement and nerves of spending the holidays with someone you love". An exclusive 7-inch vinyl and cassette pre-order is available, with the B-side "miss this christmas". The single follows her June 2026 album you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love and the October Expectations remix lyrics (Olivia Rodrigo ft. Chappell Roan), and it is already in the conversation as an Official Charts UK Christmas No. 1 contender.
