DOG DAYS LYRICS - ZACH BRYAN | YOUNG MANHOOD AND OTHER DONATABLE ORGANS

Dog Days is one of the standout tracks from Zach Bryan's new EP, the Young Manhood and Other Donatable Organs EP, released on 16 October 2026 via Belting Bronco Records / Warner Records. The eight-track EP is Bryan's first release since his sixth studio album, With Heaven On Top, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in January 2026.

Billboard describes Dog Days as the EP's rocker: the track opens with a spoken line from the 2012 film The Place Beyond the Pines ("If you ride like lightning, you're gonna crash like thunder") before launching into a rollicking up-tempo number with drums, harmonica and an impassioned vocal from Zach Bryan. The EP also features guest appearances from Lana Del Rey on "Lies lyrics (Zach Bryan feat. Lana Del Rey)" - read more in our Lana Del Rey biography - and Turnpike Troubadours on "Plainsman".
