Christine and the Queens have opened a new era with the release of Rendez-vous avec toi, a disco-tinged, groovy, uptempo synth-pop single that arrived on 4 November 2026.
Christine and the Queens, the project of Chris (real name Rahim Redcar), released the French-language single on Wednesday 4 November 2026, alongside an English-language counterpart, Rendez-vous in your arms, released the same day. The single is the first taste of an upcoming, as-yet-untitled album due in spring 2027; the album title, tracklist and exact date are unconfirmed. The video was shot in Paris, co-directed by Christine and the Queens and Raphaël De Albuquerque, with choreography by Alexander Ekman. In Clash, Chris said: "I have a rendez-vous with you, tonight. I have obsessed about it since the morning." The single follows the last Christine and the Queens LP, PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE (2023); the recent year also included collaborations with Logic1000 and Thee Diane.
