Helene Fischer has officially announced WIR, her new studio album, arriving on December 4, 2026 via Polydor / Universal Music. It is her first Schlager studio album in five years, following 2021's Rausch. Fischer revealed the project at the 10th-anniversary "Schlagerbooom" celebration at Dortmund's Westfalenhalle on October 17, 2026, where she premiered the brand-new single "Warum" on television.
The standard edition of WIR will contain 16 tracks, while the deluxe edition adds four bonus songs for a total of 20. Three singles have been confirmed so far: "Heute Nacht", "An meiner Seite" and "Warum". Much of the new material was previewed during Fischer's 360-degree stadium tour, which drew more than 750,000 attendees across Germany, Austria and Switzerland from June 10 to July 17, 2026.
