Mortal Kombat II Soundtrack & Music
Composer Benjamin Wallfisch returns to score Mortal Kombat II after his work on the 2021 reboot, building on the thunderous, electronic-tinged sound he established for the franchise. His new score matches the sequel's bigger tournament with heavier percussion and soaring themes for the kombatants.
Fans will also hear the return of the iconic "Mortal Kombat" Techno Syndrome theme — the legendary track by The Immortals — which appears in the film and its trailer, according to briefledger.co.uk and catwithmonocle.com.
One honest note: beyond Wallfisch's score and the returning Techno Syndrome theme, no verified full soundtrack song list has been announced for the film. We will update this section if an official tracklist is confirmed. The final box-office verdict is still developing, so we are not publishing gross figures at this time.
