Different Religion Lyrics
[Verse 1: Miley Cyrus] I've got my own god He drives a fast car I've got my own god He makes some loud noise I've got my own god My god's a hot boy [Chorus: Miley Cyrus] I want to be saved by a different religion I crave to believe him We don't need forgiveness I want to be saved by a different religion Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh [Post-Chorus: Miley Cyrus] I've got my own god [Verse 2: Cole Haden, Miley Cyrus & Cole Haden] I got my own god Headlights on, crawl the pavement Top down, I don't care if Heaven is behind us In the rear view, every passing exit My faith is his hard body, cracked leather [Chorus: Miley Cyrus & Cole Haden] I want to be saved by a different religion I crave to believe him We don't need forgiveness I want to be saved by a different religion Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh [Post-Chorus: Miley Cyrus] I've got my own god, uh [Bridge: Miley Cyrus, Cole Haden, Both] Ooh I've got a different religion Ooh (I like him) And he's giving me Jesus Ooh Such an immaculate figure Ooh (Oh) He's kinda different (Bitch) I got my own god Ride me like a fan and be my ride back He's coming for me now Shadows dance like angels on the ceiling I know I'm not forgiven yet Bite my neck, but don't forget the stolen fangs I still ride beside him Every time we kiss, it's like the real thing [Chorus: Miley Cyrus] I want to be saved by a different religion I crave to believe him We don't need forgiveness I want to be saved by a different religion Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh I want to be saved by a different religion (I've got a different religion) I crave to believe him We don't need forgiveness (And he's giving me Jesus) I want to be saved by a different religion (Such an immaculate figure) Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh (He's kinda different) [Outro: Cole Haden & Miley Cyrus] Love Losing our innocence Truth Give in to sin again Bitch Take it to genesis Amen We're gonna begin again, ah Love
